Once the package is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to track the package with the carrier. By clicking on that link you will be redirected to the carrier's website, where you will be able to follow the delivery of your order.

Free samples

LA MAISON CLAYTON SHAGAL offers free samples with all orders. You will receive 1-3 samples per order, chosen by our skin care specialists, depending on the availability and quantity of items ordered.

Promotional offers and Price

Our commercial and promotional offers are limited to Canada and the United States.

Prices on this Website are shown in $CAD or $US excluding tax and handling/shipping fees (see delivery conditions), and may vary at any time, with the understanding that the products ordered are invoiced at the price prevailing at the time of the order.

Clayton Shagal products are subject to sales taxes, applicable in accordance with the Laws in force under the province or state identified as the delivery address of the order.

Our promotional offers are only valid within the validity period of the offer in question.

Validation of the transaction

When you place the order, you will need to specify your phone number, your exact mailing address* and your email. By confirming your order, you declare that you accept it, as well as all of the terms and conditions of sale, fully and without any reservation. Your order will then be forwarded to our Customer service for processing.

*Any additional delivery costs due to an error or an invalid mailing address indicated at the time of the order will be automatically charged on the customer's credit card.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after they are received. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be presumed to have been received on the next business day. (Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily adjusting our processing time from 1 to 4 business days.)
  • Orders will be processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays).
  • If we cannot complete your order, you will be notified by email within 1 to 2 business days. (Due to COVID-19, additional time is possible but we will make sure to contact you as soon as possible.)

Payment

LA MAISON CLAYTON SHAGAL Accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards and in the U.S. only we also accept Discover, JCB Diners, Club China, and UnionPay credit and debit cards.

Your credit card will be charged upon placing your order. All orders are subject to prior bank authorization. Only orders authorized by a bank will be processed.

The online payment by credit card offered is fully secured by our partner Stripe. The information submitted when placing your order is automatically encrypted as an electronic "token" then used to debit the purchase on your account. The "Token" is only valid for a period of 5 minutes which protects your banking information. If you do not wish to enter your banking information online, your can place your order by phone by contacting 1-877-CLAYTON (252-9866). Our Customer service is available Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (ET).

Order outside Canada or U.S. states

shop.claytonshagal.com is currently unable to accept orders that are invoiced or delivered outside of Canada or continental U.S. states. In this case, please contact one of our partners or contact us by email so that we can help you process your request.

Cancellation/modification of submitted orders

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders or change them once they are placed on the website. For any questions or requests, please contact our Customer service at 1-877-CLAYTON (252-9866), Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (ET), and we will do our best to respond to your request.

LA MAISON CLAYTON SHAGAL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or limit the quantity of products on certain orders at any time, whether or not this order has been confirmed and your credit card charged, without limiting the generality of the above, in the following cases:

  • One or more products ordered are not available or quantities are limited.
  • The delivery address is outside the covered area.
  • Difficulty processing the order because of payment or delivery address information.
  • In case of fraud or questionable transaction.
  • The customer subject of a dispute with the company for non-payment of a previous order or any other reasons.

If so, LA MAISON CLAYTON SHAGAL will send you an email notifying you of the cancellation or modification of your order.

In the event that your order is cancelled or modified by LA MAISON CLAYTON SHAGAL after the payment has been applied to your credit card, a refund will be issued within 30 days of the order.

Product availability

There will usually be a mention of the unavailability of a product when ordering. Exceptionally, if a product is temporarily unavailable at the time of order without being listed on the website, you will receive a notification email within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon your order that will notify you of a delay in processing your order until the product is available or a modification in your order. DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

LA MAISON CLAYTON SHAGAL offers FREE GROUND DELIVERY in United States, on all orders of $150.00 or more (excluding taxes). For orders of less than $150.00, a delivery fee applies and varies depending on the geographic location of the delivery address.

  • Packages are usually shipped within 24/48 hours of processing the order.
  • The delivery time varies from 1 to 7 business days depending on the carrier and the destination.
  • Orders will be shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays).
  • Packages shipped do not require signature for delivery.
  • For the majority of orders, please note that if you are not present during delivery, your package will be left on your doorstep.
  • It is not possible to have orders sent to a PO box.

LA MAISON CLAYTON SHAGAL cannot be held responsible for damages or damage resulting directly or indirectly from any act of god, disruption or total or partial strike of postal and/or transport services and/or communications.

For orders less than $150.00 (before tax), a delivery cost of US$10.00 applies.

Parcel forwarding service

Transfer of title

All products remain the full property of LA MAISON CLAYTON SHAGAL until the full and final payment of the order.

The title to the products on your order is transferred to you from LA MAISON CLAYTON SHAGAL when your credit card is debited and your products are shipped. The risk of loss or theft of any item in your order is transferred to you from LA MAISON CLAYTON SHAGAL when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title has no impact on our return policy.

Incomplete order

Upon receipt of your package, please inspect it and ensure that the order that has been confirmed to you is complete. If you notice that a product is missing in your package, you should contact LA MAISON CLAYTON SHAGAL Customer service by email to shipping@claytonshagal.com, within SEPT (7) days upon delivery of your package to report the situation.

Please note that we will not accept or make any returns, shipments or credits for requests made after seven (7) days of receiving your package.

RETURN POLICY

LA MAISON CLAYTON SHAGAL does not accept returns or exchange of open, unsealed or used merchandise, unless you have had an allergic reaction, if applicable please read the section Allergic reaction below.

Products purchased on the shop.claytonshagal.com website may not be returned, refunded, exchanged or credited, from a store or any other point of sale.

If the purchase of the product you wish to return has not been made on shop.claytonshagal.com but from a point of sale of one of our authorized partners, please return, if applicable, the product to this point of sale.

Please note that before making a refund or a credit, LA MAISON CLAYTON SHAGAL's Customer service will ensure that the stated conditions and procedures are met: THE REFUND OR CREDIT OF A PRODUCT MAY NOT BE ISSUED IF THE SHIPPING PROCEDURE OF THE ITEM OR THE RETURN POLICIES HAVE NOT BEEN FULLY RESPECTED. Damaged product

When receiving your package, please inspect the products inside the package for any damage, except for normal wear, that may have occurred during transit. If the product appears to have been damaged during transit, we will make a credit (no exchange or refund), as long as the terms and conditions for returns described below are met.

Only one return shipment is allowed per order. Please check your entire order before sending us a return.

Terms and conditions

A credit will be issued within 30 days upon reception of the products by LA MAISON CLAYTON SHAGAL. You will receive an email confirming the issuance of the credit.

Allergic reaction

It is important to check before purchasing a product if it is suitable for your skin type. The refund on the credit card or the issuance of a credit will be made within 30 days upon reception of the products by LA MAISON CLAYTON SHAGAL. You will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery costs will not be refunded or credited. We reserve the right to deduct the delivery costs of returned items that were previously eligible for free shipping.
